We went to Zurich one evening for a show. The venue was awesome… there were actually several different venues all together in this old commercial building on Lake Zurich and it had this great outdoor restaurant in the back by the water. Here are a couple blurry/ dusky pictures of us by the lake.

Basel

We started and ended our trip in Basel, a beautiful, smaller, city on the Rhine. We stayed with our friends, Dave and Michèle, and I took pictures of their apartment- it’s so bright and open, with an awesome kitchen. I also snapped some pictures around town and of the Munster, which we climbed to the top of. It was such a cool place.
Switzerland and Germany

Shad and I spent the last two weeks wandering through the Black Forest, drinking good beer and coffee, and working on our German accents in northern Switzerland and southern Germany. We also spent approximately 5 minutes in Austria, but Shad hurt his back there so we now have life long vendetta against the country. I’m going to post the pictures in small chunks because there are many, but I figured I would get started with a map of where we went…
